💳 Payment Policy

At Harukaze, we aim to create a secure and transparent buying experience. This Payment Policy outlines accepted methods of payment, security protocols, invoicing details, and relevant rules for both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment options:

  • 💳 Debit / Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, Amex)
  • 🏦 Net Banking (Major Indian banks supported)
  • 💸 UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
  • 💼 Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge – if active)
  • 🧾 Cash on Delivery (COD) – Select regions only

All online payments are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways like Razorpay, which comply with RBI and PCI-DSS regulations.


2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD to increase access and trust, especially for first-time customers. However:

  • COD orders are manually verified before dispatch
  • Customers must confirm delivery via SMS or call
  • COD orders are non-refundable unless proven faulty
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to blacklisting

We reserve the right to:

  • Disable COD for risky pin codes or flagged accounts
  • Apply a COD handling fee of ₹50–₹180 if needed. Or a higher amount based on various factors

3. Prepaid Orders

Prepaid payments are preferred for faster processing. All prepaid orders:

  • Are automatically invoiced under GST rules
  • Are protected by our Return & Refund Policy
  • Are processed once payment confirmation is received

4. Invoice & GST

All product prices listed on Harukaze include applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per Indian tax laws. Harukaze is registered as an e-commerce operator under GST and complies with all necessary invoicing and tax collection regulations. GST invoices are generated automatically upon successful order placement and shared with the customer via email.

Harukaze collects tax as per applicable slab rates for artworks and services.

You will receive your invoice via:

  • Email (immediately after purchase)
  • Hard copy (inside package, if applicable)

Note: GST breakdown will be visible at checkout.


5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Any unauthorized transaction or payment dispute must be reported within 48 hours of occurrence.

We may block future purchases from accounts that raise frivolous or malicious chargebacks. Repeated offenses may be escalated to legal resolution.


6. Artist Payouts

Artists are paid only after the customer’s successful delivery and non-return confirmation.

  • For Tier A Artists: A fixed payout is made within 5–7 days after successful delivery
  • For others: Commission-based earnings are calculated after applicable deductions and then disbursed

This ensures fairness and prevents fraudulent claims or misuse of the platform.


7. Failed Transactions

In case of failed payment (but money deducted):

  • Please allow 5–7 working days for auto-refund from the bank/payment gateway
  • If the issue persists, contact Sam@Harukaze.Art with payment proof

8. Changes to Payment Terms

We reserve the right to:

  • Update pricing or tax structures
  • Change or discontinue payment methods
  • Adjust COD eligibility based on past behavior
