At Harukaze, each artwork is a one-of-a-kind expression of an artist’s soul – carefully crafted and handled with reverence. Because of this, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy that respects both the buyer and the creator.
We kindly ask you to read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Policy
We do not accept general returns, as each item is a unique piece made or curated exclusively for you.
However, we do offer returns in the following extreme and rare circumstances:
- The artwork received is not what you ordered
- The piece arrives damaged or in visibly poor condition
- Proven case of fraud or incorrect representation
In such cases, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. You must share:
- Unboxing video (from start to finish, without cuts)
- Clear photos of the issue
If the return is approved, we will arrange for pickup and process the case promptly.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in the following scenarios:
- Order is cancelled by Harukaze or the artist before shipping
- Product is damaged or incorrect, and return is approved
- Customer area is unserviceable and no delivery is possible
Once your return (if eligible) is received and verified, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, as long as the artist hasn’t begun the fulfillment process.
After that, orders cannot be cancelled as the artwork may already be shipped to our facility or undergoing inspection.
Our Promise
We believe in creating a safe, respectful ecosystem – both for you and the artists we represent. That’s why every order goes through careful inspection and secure packaging by Harukaze before it ever reaches your hands.
We may refuse returns or refunds in cases of:
- Frivolous complaints
- Attempts to misuse COD or refund loopholes
- Incomplete or dishonest information
Notes on COD Orders
Cash on Delivery (COD) is a privilege – not a right.
To protect our artists, we reserve the right to:
- Refuse COD orders in risky or repeat return zones
- Suspend COD for customers with prior refusals or fraud flags
- Delay or cancel COD if delivery confirmation fails
Every artwork is a bridge of trust. Let’s protect the magic of it – together.
