At Harukaze, every artwork is treated with the same care and reverence as the soul that created it. To ensure a safe, trustworthy, and premium experience for you, we follow a Two-Stage Shipping Process – a unique model designed to guarantee authenticity, quality, and peace of mind.
How Our Shipping Works
- Artist → Harukaze Inspection Center
Once your order is placed, the artist is notified and ships the original artwork to our Harukaze team. This first stage allows us to verify that the artwork matches the listing in terms of quality, size, and condition. - Harukaze → You (The Buyer)
After verifying and inspecting the piece, we repackage it using high-quality materials to ensure it is gallery-ready and safely cushioned. We then ship it directly to your address via a trusted courier.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Processing time (artist to Harukaze): 2-4 business days
- Inspection and repackaging: 1-2 business days
- Shipping to customer: 2-5 business days depending on your location
⏱️ Total expected delivery time: 5-9 business days
Note: Rural or remote areas may require slightly longer. We will keep you informed at every stage via SMS or email.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: FREE across India for all orders unless special instructions or notes are involved
- Express/Courier upgrades: Available on request at actual cost
- Framed or Large Artworks: Special packaging fee may apply (clearly mentioned during checkout if applicable)
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We proudly offer Cash on Delivery as an option in select pincodes.
To maintain safety and security, COD orders will go through the following process:
- Confirmation via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch
- Additional COD handling fee applicable
- Orders above ₹10,000 may require partial advance payment or identity verification

You will receive a tracking link and updates once your order is in transit.

Handling Fragile Artworks
Our team is trained in handling fine art and uses reinforced packaging for every shipment. Each piece is wrapped, cushioned, and boxed with precision to ensure it arrives as beautifully as intended.

We currently ship across all serviceable locations in India.
For international orders, please write to us at Sam@Harukaze.Art – we may be able to arrange special handling and shipping depending on the artwork and country.

- Please make sure your address and pincode are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
- If your area is unserviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you within 24-48 hours and issue a full refund.
