Q: What is Harukaze?
A: Harukaze is a curated art platform where handpicked independent artists showcase their soulful creations. Every artwork is original, emotionally resonant, and carefully selected to bring beauty and meaning into your life.
Q: Are the artworks original?
A: Yes. Every piece is a one-of-a-kind original made by the artist themselves. We do not sell mass-produced prints or replicas.
2. Orders & Products
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse the artwork, click on your favorite piece, and complete the checkout process. You will receive an email confirmation once the order is placed.
Q: Can I request a custom artwork?
A: We currently do not support custom commissions, but you can express interest through our contact form. Some artists may accept requests based on availability.
Q: What if the artwork is sold out?
A: Sold out artworks are not restocked, as they are originals. However, similar works may be added by the artist in the future.
3. Payments
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via secure payment gateways.
Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A: Yes! For selected pin codes, we offer COD. An extra handling fee may apply. If your pin code is not supported, you’ll be guided to choose prepaid payment.
Q: Is it safe to pay online?
A: Absolutely. Our payments are processed via trusted, encrypted gateways that ensure 100% secure transactions.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Who ships the artwork?
A: Artworks are shipped to our Harukaze center first for inspection, branding, and safe packaging – then dispatched to you via a trusted courier partner.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after order confirmation. Delays may occur in remote areas or during festive seasons.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email or SMS.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Q: Can I return an artwork?
A: Due to the delicate and original nature of art, we do not accept returns or refunds – except in cases of damage during shipping or if the wrong item is received.
Q: What if the product arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will either offer a refund or replacement (if available).
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Cancellations are allowed only before the artwork is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Q: How can I reach customer support?
A: Use the Contact Us page to send us a message. We usually respond within 24–48 hours.
Q: Is there a phone number or live chat?
A: Currently, support is via email or phone/whatsapp only. Other options may be added in future updates.
7. Gifting & Framing
Q: Can I gift an artwork to someone else?
A: Yes! Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout and mark it as a gift. You can even include a message.
Q: Are artworks framed?
A: Some artworks may come pre-framed. If not, it will be clearly mentioned. We may offer framing options in the future.
8. Invoices & Taxes
Q: Will I receive a tax invoice?
A: Yes. All orders include a legally valid invoice for your records.
Q: Will I receive a GST invoice for my purchase?
A: Yes, Harukaze is GST registered and provides GST-compliant invoices for every purchase. The invoice will be sent to your registered email after order confirmation.
Q: Are there any hidden fees or charges?
A: No. All prices shown are final and inclusive of taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Q: How do I know the art is authentic?
A: We verify every artist and artwork manually. Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist or Harukaze.
